How Our Free Office Pick Up and Delivery Works This is step by step instructions on how to take advantage of Dale Cleaners Free Pick Up and Delivery Service being offered at your work place. New Clients. 1. Fill out Forms. Registration Form (data needed to set up an account with us) Request for Service Form (cleaning preferences, etc). These forms can be gotten (in pdf format) from: Available your drop area Posted on your office's server Web site www.DaleCleaners.Com/forms Requesting them by e-mail: CustomerService@DaleCleaners.com 2. Your office's Pick Up.  Leave your garments in the designated area for our service (closet or room) with the completed forms in a bag. 3. Dale Cleaners will: pick up and then send you an itemized verifying e-mail within 24 hours.(www.DaleCleaners.Com/E-invoice) Your order will come back on the next regularly scheduled delivery day with a purple bag with your name tag on it, for your future use of our service. Feel free to add your business card to the name tag.
