Dale Newsletter January 2006

Welcome to the first addition of Dale Newsletter. In our premier issue we will
be giving a fabric care tip, an announcement of a Dale Cleaners' Community Service
Program and our recommended Retailer of the Month.

Fabric Care Tip of the Month.

         - Hand Sanitizers: the "good", the "bad", the "ugly".
With the cold and flu season on us, we all know that frequent
cleaning of our hands goes along way in controlling germs. Hand
Sanitizers have become a useful tool when no soap and water are
available, this is the "good". The "bad" is that the alcohol in these
Hand Sanitizers are a color stripper for most fabrics.
The "ugly" is
how your garment will look after cleaning with the color altered or
gone from any place that the sanitizers has come in contact with on
the fabric. The sanitizers dry clear but do their damage during the
cleaning process. So control those germs but, please, keep
                   the sanitizers away from fabrics.

         - A Dale Cleaners' Community Service Program.
Throughout Dale Cleaners history we have been vigorously active in
supporting many of our community's charities.i
In continuing with this tradition, Dale Cleaners has a program
with participating companies to provide a benefit to the Ronald
McDonald House. 10% of the dry cleaning sales of the
participating companies' employees are currently donated in the
companies' names to the Ronald McDonald House program at
                   Children's Hospital.
If you would like more information on how to get
your company or organization involved please contact: Mike Williams,
                   Customer Service Manager, CustomerService@DaleCleaners.com or
Tracy Wilson, Development Director, Ronald McDonald House.
Current participating Companies are: Grange Bank, Health Linx
Executive Search, 10TV, Columbus Apartment Association, Strategic
                   Public Partners.

         - Dale Cleaners Recommended Retailer of the Month:
Landsend Catalog and On-Line Sales Department.
This recommendation is based on a resent experience that we had while
aiding one of our clients with a problem that occurred with one of her
husband's Landsend Shirts. Our Customer Service Manager call the 1-800
customer service line, explained the issue to a very friendly customer service
representative and was quickly assured that Landsend would help our
mutual client. All our client had to do was call. The manager quickly
relayed this to the client, who call right away. She was told by the Landsend
service representative that they would send her a new shirt right away. All
our client need to do was put the defective shirt in the box that the new one
was sent to her in and use the included return postage label and send it back
to Landsend. The total time for both phone calls was 10 minutes and within
a week our client got a new shirt.
Talk about fast customer service!
Landsend Catalog and Online Sales meets all the criteria to be
                   recommended by Dale Cleaners.
